Embracing the building’s location, this site has a unique advantage of beautiful unobstructed views across Randwick Racecourse. This project involved the construction of 45 apartments and the conversion of 2 heritage-listed terrace houses embracing a lush central garden courtyard. Integrating the unique Victorian Terrace Houses into the overall design offered a unique type of dwelling experience. The streetscape urban form remains respectful of the heritage fabric with the design of these innovative loft style apartments. The central courtyard is a pivotal feature of this development, capturing light and breezes and providing a quiet communal retreat.
