This project involved an invited Design Excellence Competition with the Bayside Council. Forming part of the British and American Tobacoo Australia Site in Pagewood, the design response involves two distinct building volumes that wrap around a central terraced garden space. Careful consideration has been given to maximizing vantage points and vistas within the tower, providing both dynamic and articulated facades as well as a unique apartment experience from within. The building forms incorporates 343 apartments and have been carefully manipulated to maximize northern sunlight and cross breezes.
