Fox Johnston, along with an extensive consultancy team were engaged by Ku-ring-gai Council to provide a development application for an exemplar project of sustainable urban renewal and design excellence. Following a thorough analysis of the site conditions in the pre-design stage, the final DA Submission provided for a building envelope that responds to its immediate context around a garden courtyard which serves as the heart of the Lindfield Village Living project.
