The project involves the reworking of a disused light industrial site in the former ‘Auto Alley’ area in Parramatta. Situated on a significant gateway corner site, this mixed-use project connects to the surrounding neigbours via a sky bridge and incorporates the detailed design of a re-imagined public domain space. A series of commercial, retail, supermarket and Early Learning Centre tenancies are provided at lower levels, with 450 generous-sized apartments above. Intermediate levels consist of a pool, BBQ and garden areas with a meandering Forest Walk and outdoor yoga spaces offering residents a variety of connected community facilities.
